What the site is for

The site describes our vision testing and eyewear consultation services and lets you request an appointment. The information here is general. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace a personal vision test or advice given to you during an appointment.

Vision testing and eye health

Our visual acuity testing assesses how clearly you see and helps determine suitable corrective lenses. It is not a medical examination of the eye. If you experience pain, sudden changes in vision, flashes, floaters or any other worrying symptom, please see an eye doctor promptly.

Appointment requests

Sending a request through the site or by email does not by itself confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed once we reply to you by email with an agreed time. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change or cancel.

Eyewear orders

The details of any lenses or frames you order, including what is included and when they will be ready, are agreed with you in person before the order is placed.
